The staff were excellent and facilities were very good and hotel was very clean
The food is was generally excellent and reasonable value overall
The bathrooms were badly designed for many who were either tall or elderly as the bidet was situated too close to the toilet.
The staff were excellent and always trying to help but their command of English was limited

Everything was perfect!: The spacious room and bathroom, the cleanliness, the warm welcome at check-in ( Alejandro is efficient and charming), the cafetería, coffee and service. And the location is very convenient too. I had a wonderful stay.

it was clean.
lots of noise outside.
for parking we have to pay 11 euro extra.
the water in was not warm. it was difficult to take a shower.
