Located in Port Aransas, this lovely house for $747 per night is a great choice for your next vacation. MR147 Nueces Oasis, 4BR, 3.5BA, 12 Guest, Private Pool and Shared Pool, Golf Cart Accessible Board Walk, Gas Grill, Small pets allowed ,Parking for 4 cars, No access to garage Nueces Oasis is situated in the charming neighborhood of Mustang Royale which is right off of the Gulf of Mexico. It boasts ample parking and upper and lower outdoor sitting areas for relaxation and a new private pool. This spacious home is accommodating to a large group where most bedrooms have their own bathrooms. The bottom floor has an open floor plan. The full kitchen features a top of the line gas oven/cooktop, side by side refrigerator with ice/water, dishwasher, microwave, pantry, open bar to the adjoining dining room with 2 stools (on the dining area side), windows with plenty of natural lighting and granite countertops with plenty of space to meet all of your culinary needs. The dining area has a wood table with seating for 10 consisting of 4 chairs and two benches. Beside the dining is the living room has a couch, sofa and TV with Wi-Fi and cable. There is an Extra room that Doubles as a (BR4) bedroom/family room that is right off of the kitchen. It can be used as a quiet place to read, room for kids to play or for guests to sleep and a closet for extra clothes and beach accessories. It has a Full-size bed and a triple Twin bunk bed (3 Twins) and private access to the back patio. There is access to a large bathroom from this room and the hallway as well. The full bathroom has a vanity and a large, tile-trimmed walk-in shower with a glass door. Upstairs you will come up to a living area with a modern couch with a lounger on the end, loveseat and ottoman. This space also has access to the balcony. In the hallway, neatly tucked away in a closet, is a full-size washer and dryer. Guest room 1 (BR1) has 2 Queen size beds, a closet, nightstands and a TV. Guest bedroom 2 (BR2) has a Queen size bed nightstand, chest, wall-mounted TV, closet and private access to the back balcony. Both of these bedrooms share a hallway bathroom with a tub. There is also an additional half bath in the hall for when guests are occupying the full bath. The master bedroom (BR3) has a King size bed, TV, dresser, nightstands, reclining chair, closet and private access to the balcony with outdoor seating. Enter into the ensuite bathroom with double vanities and a step-up jacuzzi tub. The backyard has a covered sitting area with a built-in gas grill. Cool off in the private pool (shared community pool closes at 10pm) or soak up the sun in a lounger. There is also access to the upper balcony by a separate outdoor stairwell. The house was very spacious with plenty of room for us to spread out. You can drive all the way down to the water on this section of the beach which is very handy, and town is still just a short drive away. Having the pool to relax in for the evenings was wonderful. As a couple other reviews mentioned, the grills could use a good cleaning and the kitchenware is a bit worn, so we brought a travel grill and large skillet with us for cooking.

The pool was nice, good size house, neighborhood was nice also and a walk to the beach.
I didn’t like how the outdoor grill was extremely dirty so we didn’t use it. The outdoor furniture is really worn out, some of the furniture and beds need to be replaced because of all the usage, the house also could of also been cleaned better. I recommend bringing your own pots and pans because most of them are overused and scratched.

Comfortable House
The house was clean and comfortable. It accommodated our large group and was perfectly located near the beach. One of the best features was the private pool. Because it was July 4th weekend, the beach was packed, so we spent most days relaxing in and around the pool. I highly recommend this property.

Relaxing at Nueces Oasis
Our family enjoyed our stay at this lovely home in Mustang Royale. The kids enjoyed spending time in the wonderful pool. The size of the home was perfect for our family. OK, but needs work (Safety Issues)
Great location, beach was easy to get to with a golf cart and in good spot away from the big hotels. Nice kitchen. Back yard was nice with grill (propane was empty and have to fill). Fake grass looks good, but beware it will burn your feet.
Stairs from deck to ground level were unusable and a HUGE safety issue. Noticed all of the boards were rotten and falling apart, if someone would have stepped on them they would have fallen right through. Thankfully we noticed it before anyone used it (and potentially got hurt). There was no mention from the owner or any signage about the stairs. If it were me I would make them inaccessible for fear of injury to guest or lawsuit.
Over all it is a decent house but needs some work done to address some issues. One of the older (and not kept) houses in the neighborhood. Will probably try and stay at one of the nicer ones in the area next time.

We had a three-year-old and a two-month-old with us and we were able to get to and from the beach as often as we needed to without any trouble. The pool was awesome and the rooms all had very comfortable beds. It was also right next to cinnamon shore so we enjoyed using the restaurants there. We will definitely be going back to this house

Family Getaway at Port A
Everyone in our group enjoyed the house and property. The bedrooms, living and kitchen area were all big sizes and was easy to move about to visit and carry on different social interactions without disturbing others. House is close to beach, but we did need the golf cart to shuffle back and forth. The pool was only a few doors down from the property. We would definitely go back there.

Clean and comfortable, nice kitchen and dining set up. Needs a little bit of maintenance, but nothing that would stop me from renting again. Unfortunately, they closed the beach to driving the day before we got there and the community pool was shut down, but these are not the fault of the owner. And I feel sure we would have been offered either an alternate date or refund but our choice was to stay our original planned dates.

House was clean and comfy. Restroom in bedroom upstairs we could not use. It was hotter upstairs than downstairs but for most part we all had good time.

Excellent get away
This house was in a great location, the check in process was super easy, I recommend having the golf cart to go to the beach if they are allowed. The beach was really nice, for pets is good but the yard has plants with burrs and you need to watch out for those for your pups. We ended up taking the dogs to the grassy area outside when they needed to go potty. The kitchen was great and the washer and dryer were very nice to have to wash beach towels in between uses. We really liked the property

This house is a decent vacation stay but def needs some work. Let me start with saying the house was currently being sold during our stay which caused lots of the issues so hopefully the new owners are more attentive. Master shower leaks into the downstairs shower light fixture so we couldn’t use that shower for fear for being electrocuted. Front door handle was extremely loose and ended up falling off on our last day so the husbands had to take a handle off an inside door and put on the front door so we could open and close the door. Precious owners decided to turn off the cable and internet during our stay so we had no tv, WiFi or internet for several days. The neighborhood this house is in has awful cell service so we really had very little access to the outside world when in the house once the WiFi and cable were off. The 3 pools in the neighborhood are small and the water was warm not lukewarm but bath water warm, not the houses fault but still not the pool experience we were hoping for. 2 of the ceiling fans were extremely loud and yet put off zero air so we had to buy box fans to use while we were down there. At least 40% of the lightbulbs in the house were out. The beach is quite a walk from this house which is fine because we rented a golf cart but be forewarned it is not an exciting walking distance with kids and all the things needed for the beach. The backyard grill was in bad condition and the cabinets that were built to be on either side of the grill had rotted and were falling apart. It does have a good kitchen and the beds were comfy, not the sofa beds but the real beds. All The bathrooms upstairs was very convenient especially after only having one shower we could use upstairs. The property management was very kind and we had no issues with them, they were quick to respond to any issue we had and to do what they could.
