Super clean and lovely room. The location is great, super quiet area.
The hotel staff can support with carrying the luggage only until 3pm, which can be a bit hard since the car doesn’t reach anywhere near the property and parking is a little further down the hill. However, they were vvery helpful and in informing us upfront.

The hotel was in the middle of the pueblo, but we had to walk up hill with a suitcase to get there. The room was clean and the lady who served breakfast was very friendly and offered us squeezed orange juice, the best think of the breakfast.
Very poor communication to start with. I believe I was bitten by bedbug whilst there; sent a WhatsApp message about this but never received a reply. Then sent a message via Booking.com and again no reply.
The breakfast was all pre-packed, including UTL milk and instant coffee; not worth the money.
I have now received a msg back saying the room was checked and not bedbugs were found.
