Great location, comfortable room, friendly staff
Breakfast was included - however, it started at 09:00 and we requested for an earlier breakfast (08:30) was was not given.

Quirky, quint, charming. Old but interesting furniture. Huge bed. Large and well equipped bathroom. Friendly staff. Good heating (it was only 5 degrees on one day we were there in March, 20 degrees the following day!). Good breakfast.
Nothing particularly though our bedroom was 4 steps down from the bathroom which was tricky in the middle of the night. Room 104.

Stunning decor, a beautiful room with wonderful decoration.. It felt a real luxury staying here (except the toilet see below!) 4 poster bed, with the wooden beams above, and elegant haberdashery. We were able to pay extra and have breakfast which we hadn't booked. The facilities were good, coffee machine and fridge in the rooms.
The accommodation is right in the heart of Ubeda which we loved, we found parking very close by and free, and loved wandering the streets and seeing the glorious architecture around. It was a very quiet town which were enjoyed as a break from Granada and Seville.
The toilet was a big disappointment. I guess it might be something to do with planning permission in an ancient mansion, but the shower and toilet were separate little boxes inside the beautiful room. The toilet felt very suffocating and rather like a portaloo. It really spoilt the glamour of the room. If it isn't compulsory for some reason, I really think this should be changed as there is plenty of space to make a lovely ensuite that is much more comfortable.

Staff and amenities in the room
Noise from neighboring building between 3 and 6 am drilling and the staff did not come to check or do anything because they were working in another hotel at the same time
