The pool area was lovely, clean and lots of loungers to escape the heat in the city
The A/c was not particularly strong so it was a little warm in the room as it was 37/38 degrees

The hotel is big, clean, and the rooms are spacious. I also appreciated that the AC was already on in April, which made the stay more comfortable. Breakfast was very good with plenty of variety, and the Botanica restaurant downstairs was a nice option. Parking was also convenient, with free outdoor parking available and reasonably priced underground parking.
Sound insulation was the main problem. The walls and windows do not block noise well, so it was easy to hear people from other rooms, traffic, and other disturbances during the night and early morning, which made sleep difficult. The AC airflow also only really reached the living room, not the bedroom, so the bedroom door had to be kept open.
Another disappointing point was the child bed, which was just a sofa bed and very uncomfortable, with poor support and not suitable even for a young child.
Communication with staff was sometimes difficult because English was limited, and when I needed help, the room phone calls were not answered, so I had to walk to reception multiple times and explain the issue again.
The location is also less convenient if you want nearby restaurants, since you usually need a car to go to a nearby complex.
