First off, the staff. Every one of them was polite and friendly. I must give a special shout out to Maria on the evening shift one of the best receptionists I have met in my 50 years of travelling.
The location is excellent bus stops a minute away, metro 5 mins and the pick up point for many of the tours outside the city is 10 minute walk. Very lively restaurant, cafe and bar area again 10 mins away , as is the sea front.
Hotel is on a very busy road but even on the 2nd floor the soundproofing cut out all traffic noise.
Rooms are on the small side. However, as a single traveller who only uses his room to sleep and shower I was fine.

Good location, lots of paid parking options nearly. Pleasant staff. Clean tower and bathrobes in the room. Overall rating of the hotel at 3.
Not cozy, small room with old renovation. Old-style air conditioner that is almost impossible to control. The view from the window on the wall and the ruined houses.
