Disappointing

The hotel is very centrally located, within walking distance to the main shopping street, great restaurants, the square and the ferry port. Staff were very friendly and the view from our room was incredible!

Although this was a budget stay, the photos were quite deceiving. The rooms were very basic, our aircon hardly worked, we had no hot water (Luke warm showers if we were lucky). The breakfast was terrible, we went down on the first day and decided we would be better off buying something at the supermarket across the road (eggs over cooked, watermelon not fresh, crockery and cutlery was limited and what was available was dirty) The pool area was quite sad, lots of dead grass in some areas and the pool loungers were “reserved” by peoples towels from the early morning and nothing done about it.

Exceptional

Perfect location very clean decent room lots to do nice pool good breakfast and very friendly staff. I could not fault the hotel. A great location.

Fantastic, simple hotel with great value for money!

Staff went beyond to ensure our stay was perfectly comfortable. Great advise re: area, transport, taxis etc.

Very good

Pool and bar area good, and right next to the beach.

Breakfast was ok, but slow and tedious queuing and having to ask for every item.

I would stay there again. Good value for money

Excellent location . Town, beach, restaurants very accessible on foot.

Equipment a little outdated but ok. Garden needs help. Bathroom showers could be cleaner

Really enjoyed our long weekend, private beach was lovely bonus.

The beach view and the private beach it self was amazing for the location and value for money, staff were friendly and tried to help where possible, close to the ferry port, bus stop and great food places.

Exceptional

The staff was very kind and helpful to us , i was very surprised how friendly they were. I would recommend this hotel to everyone 100/10 . The prices very affordable and the food very yummy. The hotel has a beautiful view and many things near to visit . I had the best experience.

Superb

The location was amazing very close to the port. The hotel was on top of the beach and the view was amazing

The pool area was not cleaned daily and due to being next to the beach there was sand in the pool. The rooms were very dated and the shower was hanging from the wall.

Location. Outside areas. Breakfast buffet (although not self service it had great variety) - the best of the hotel. Friendly staff helped us giving advice with our ferries.

Room was terrible. We would have cancelled if possible. Very old, full of electrical connections very old and dangerous. The last late night the fire alarm started, it took us ages to realise that it was inside the hotel - as it wasn’t loud enough, we thought it could be a police car outside. if it was a real fire that would be very dangerous). We won’t return and I wouldn’t recommend not even for the price. The receptionist gave me a long file to fill as we arrived instead of just photocopy our passports as most hotels (really?). They offered us a welcome drink and we asked for something non alcoholic and the person said we couldn’t change. :( Not the greatest experience :( First night our mini fridge wasn’t working and the repair was just on the next day (first night our food couldn’t stay properly stored). The beach around is not great (this was a big deal when we choose a “beach hotel” full of grass, bit dirty… Huge curtains in the room for 2 small windows, the curtains wasn’t even blinds, so in the morning the light of the day didn’t help us to sleep a bit more. The wardrobe was awful and had old used hangers from several stores, looking like a dirty fitting room. The pool area was full of weeds, no as much paradise as the pictures on booking…

Relaxing holiday

Everything was brilliant ... Super easy to check in. For me, if the hotel only had possibility to rent a kayak or paddle board it would make a stay more active, but as long as you like to just chill by the pool it is perfect hotel.

A great return trip. We look forward to visiting again next year!

The location, the simply amazing staff and the pool side facilities. This was a return trip and we intend to visit again next year. This place is great value for money.

The rooms are very dated BUT they are exceptionally clean. At the end of the day, there are in line with what you expect for the price you are paying.

Good location, good value for money

The hotel is good value for money. The location is great if you want to be in Lixouri. It’s 5 mins walk all flat to the bars, restaurants & ferry. The staff were friendly & helpful.

The hotel is ready for a refurbishment but to be fair that’s why the rates are so reasonable so if you want modern rooms then pay more

Disappointing

Location, close to tavernas close to beach and a variety of shops

Flooding every time you had a shower, no help with printing covid documents that are needed for flight home. Customer service not best, we stayed at the hotel countless times, same staff but no one even acknowledged we were returning customers. Was not even asked if I enjoyed my stay on check out today. Just a bit poor really

Great location

This is our second visit to the hotel which is in a great location. The breakfasts are decent but due to covid it is a queuing system to be served which was a bit frustrating but well ran after the first day with extra staff. The pool bar is run by attentive staff snd good prices all round.

The rooms are very comfortable and b CB lean but are dated which let the place down a touch.

Was great. Pool was awesome and beach was nice. Perfectly convenient to the town and ferry.

Breakfast was great. Location was great. Pool and beach were convenient and had a very relaxing atmosphere. Would definitely recommend and stay again!

First room's shower head to attach above was broken so I had to constantly hold the showerhead and the shower curtain did not close all the way so water came out onto the floor. The room was the first near the lobby and was too noisy in the mornings starting at 7 am so I had to switch rooms.

Superb

In my opinion, the negatives are heavily outweighed by the service which is excellent (Thank you Marina at the pool bar, the brilliant cleaners that leave the room sparkling and Angie and all the other lovely and helpful receptionists), and an amazing outside area, pool area and beach location. The sea outside the hotel is calm amd clear and not as wild and unpredictable as Myrtos and I prefer it.

The building is old and the rooms are in need of refurbishment and the breakfast is very basic. However ...

Great pool, Nice place tot hangout, clean beach, near tot the nice town of Lixouri.

The room and especially the bathroom needs a renovation in the near future.

Building undercconstruction and sewage smell in room

Location and staff were friendly but pictures shown on booking did not reflect the reality we found the hotel to be in.

Because of the Medicane which devistated the Island the Hotel coped very well under the circumstance

Location was excellent, breakfast continental, but plenty of choice. sea view room lovely, not sure I would have liked city view. we stayed there when it was the Medicane, staff certainly went above and beyond in a really difficult time.

nothing really, it was a 3 star hotel very reasonably priced, outdoor areas where lovely. staff were great, nothing too much trouble.

Superb

The location on the beach was fantastic. Happy hotel with happy staff. Close to a large supermarket. We had the best room ,top floor ,sea view. Quiet, peaceful..Great balcony, lovely to sit and watch the world go by.loved the pool in the tree setting, warm water...Very Covid aware. Great breakfast...great library for a good read!

Bed was a tad hard.

Nice quiet destination

Private beach that was never crowded! Great pool area and location next to restaurants. Easy 20 minute ferry ride to Argostoli for just £2.60
