Overpriced and isolated. looks like a luxury jail!

Very clean and comfortable room.

Poor and dirty communal areas. Not the greatest beach front. Understaffed pool and bar.

good location, polite staff.

Outdated, but worst of all a wedding party was taking place until 4 am! Impossible to rest and sleep and was never informed prior to my arrival! This should never happen to a summer hotel.

Below expectations

Excellent location, friendly and caring staff. Rapid room service. Buffet restaurant rich both for breakfast and for dinner.

Room below expectations. Cleaning service insufficient - room was cleaned only twice over the 4 days stay, one of them after reclamatrion and after 14:00 pm. No bathrobes in the room. A la carte restaurant expensive for the offered variety, quantity and taste of the food. Only canned juices and instant coffee for breakfast. Emergency instructions in the room without indication "you are here" and without indication of the escape route (see photo). Elevator mostly out of service. Deck chairs / recliners on the beach dirty.

Don't expect to stay in one of the rooms you see on the website. You might end up shocked.

the location is incredible

The hotel provides pictures of the renovated rooms, and when you arrive you get one of the awfully old rooms from the 80's. Long story short, it was kind of a scam. The price you pay for these rooms is nowhere near worth it

Great Potential, Poor Management: A Disappointing Experience

The room was spacious.The pool is filled with seawater.

The resort has great potential, but unfortunately, it is poorly managed. There is a lack of attention to the customers, and they organize private parties in the common areas of the resort, disturbing the resort guests with loud music until late at night. In my case, all the evenings were dedicated to private parties hosted by Eurobank, with no consideration for the rest of the resort guests. Additionally, services such as the tennis court, mini-golf, and fitness room are in dire need of renovation. Even the pool, despite being a beautiful sea-view pool with a nice bar, has broken umbrellas that should be replaced. The breakfast buffet is decent, but coffee is not included and comes at an extra cost, which is unacceptable for a five-star resort. Moreover, there are no sugar-free options and limited choices for vegans.My room had a completely broken handle to adjust the shower water, making it impossible to regulate the temperature. Additionally, water from the terrace above was leaking onto my own terrace due to a poorly adjusted automatic watering system. This not only soaked my swimsuits and clothes placed on the terrace but also rendered the terrace unusable. It is worth noting that the water used for irrigation is recycled water from the resort. Furthermore, when you leave, nobody cares to inquire about how your vacation went there.

Very good

We needed to leave one day earlier due to a health issue. The hotel did not had a problem with that and we got full refund for the day. The room was big and clean. All personnel were helpful and kind to assist in everything we needed.

Unfortunately the hotel personnel is not sufficient enough to accommodate all guests. This was obvious during the breakfast hours were there weren't enough people to clean the tables. Also, about 20 mins before breakfast was over, the kitchen had stopped supplying food to the buffet. If you wish to get another coffee than those provided on the buffet you should expect and extra charge.

Good overall - but not a 5-star experience alltogether...

Pool and beach front area, nice breakfast options (at least in terms of quantity, maybe not of quality...), and the great guest service we received from Penelope: a fine exception at the front desk (in comparison to all her other colleagues who were making minimum effort - if any).

SPA not working late October, the property needs some maintenance all around, staff could be friendlier and more supportive of individual needs. Rooms vary in terms of decor, luxury, age, view, ease of reach, ambience - huge differences around the whole property and the same room types it offers

Nice resort but very dated

Staff nice throughout the property except reception. Receptionists were rude and inefficient.

Very good

A great view from the rooms (the one with the sea view), a large variety of private beach, pool bar, night bar, restaurant. The outdoor facilities are really good. Nice music in the evening, really nice beach bar. We where almost alone in the resort and yet they kept everything open by schedule

Vary old and outdated rooms, old furniture, low maintenance building.

Great place to relax and unwind.

Smooth check-in/check-out process. Staff are very helpful with taking luggage to room and showing facilities. The resort has everything you need and is a very family friendly option. There are two small pebble beaches, sandy beach (mainly used for water-sports access) and a large pool. Our Deluxe room was very roomy- it had plenty of space to fit a travel cot for baby and had a very comfy King size bed. The room service is fantastic and the kitchen was able to whip up a delicious chicken soup for my wife who was feeling unwell during our stay. Breakfast buffet included was generous and had lots of options.

Some of the facilities and room fittings were a bit dated and in need of a refresh. Parking close to the rooms is limited and seems to be on a ‘first come-first serve’ basis, but there is a large carpark away from the rooms and you can get shuttled along with your luggage by golf cart.

bathroom was overwhelmed with small brown flies. poor lighting in such a big room. one of beds was really squeaky.

Poor quality of accommodation and facilities

The location of the resort was good. I liked also the pool and the sunset view from the pool bar and enjoyed the American breakfast.

The rooms that we were given were very old, situated at an old building of the complex with poor sound proof quality. We chose a garden view room and we were seeing just 2sq.m. of grass!! The Spa & Fitness Center was a "wreck".

Disappointing. Felt like we were robbed of our money.

The cleaning staff was amazing, friendly and the rooms were really clean

The rooms are nothing like the photos We arrived two hours after the check in time and the rooms were not ready we had to wait 1 hour after a 10 hour drive to get into the rooms parking was terrible furnishing was all very old the hallways had water leakage and it was not well maintained at all there was a real threat of life in the beach as the winds were too strong and all the umbrellas kept flying and threatening the life of everyone never in a million years does this property deserve 5 stars would never recommend
