We loved the friendly staff (everyone was so nice!) as well as eating breakfast overlooking the sea. Maria from the breakfast staff was incredible helpful and always with a big smile! The hotel room was comfortable and the bathroom was updated. All was very clean and fresh. The dinners we had at the hotel’s restaurant were the best ones we had in Crete. All over a wonderful experience!

Staff are super friendly. Breakfast was limited but what was there was great (I had bacon, sausages and some continental pastry stuff.) Wifi was okay at best. Good enough to fire off emails but if you're going to have a zoom call or stream it's not good enough. The pool was nice to have, but situated in such a spot you only get a few hours a day where it's actually in the sun. Don't expect your typical family pool holiday resort. The location was great, a stones throw from the beach with the beautiful golden beach nearby and walking distance to Chania town. It might just have been my room, but the air con was loud and didn't actually work well enough. I was pretty hot. The rooms are super clean and the staff can't do enough for you. Overall, it's a decent budget hotel if you need a base while you go out and explore.
Air con was a bit noisy and didn't work great. Wifi wasn't great but good enough for a few emails.

- No tea/coffee in the room
- Some furniture is old and inefficient
- The room service person threw away my personal card which I have put in the card holder - I wasn’t told it is forbidden. When I approached reception - they picked it up from their thrash can, saying that it will be thrown away again if I put it next time. I would expect this information to be passed in the nicer way, and rules to be more explicit.
- Gym is not much of a gym - just an exposed place in the lobby - the only machine was out of service.
