The room was amazing, really comfortable spacious and cleaned.excellent breakfast and The staff was really polite.
We chose this hotel specifically because it was advertised as a Spa Hotel, and unfortunately the spa was not usable during our stay. This was particularly disappointing because access to the spa was one of the main reasons we chose this hotel in the first place. I feel the hotel should make it much clearer when booking if the spa facilities are unavailable.
Another disappointment was being charged €15 extra for parking at a five-star hotel. The parking area is open throughout the night, with cars and people coming and going, so charging an additional fee for what appears to be a very basic, unsecured parking area feels excessive for a hotel of this standard.
Overall, I expected a much higher level of service and facilities from a five-star hotel. The combination of an unusable spa and an additional €15 parking charge unfortunately took away from what should have been a much more enjoyable stay.

Impressive building and large rooms.
We paid for breakfast and they charged full price for our 14 year old who ate a donut.

Room was quite big.
Room was quite old with one window not closing properly. Air conditioning was not working (no warm air).
Bathroom and toilet without doors which is very uncomfortable for someone traveling with kids. Toilet’s floor was quite dirty. In general, the cleaning of the room was not acceptable.
