La paz y la tranquilidad, la atención del personal y la habitación muy completa.

Bel emplacement, des restaurants et la plage à 200m. Parfait pour la visite de la Canée à environ 15 mn de voiture.
Le petit déjeuner servi en chambre mais un peu léger.

La amabilidad y atención. El desayuno, la piscina,el edificio todo nuevo .Las vistas al mar desde el balcón.
El baño, muy pequeño el espacio de la ducha y se mojaba cuando te bañabas. Que cambiaran las toallas cada 3 dias. Y su ubicación, ya q no hay supermercados ni negocios cerca. Tenés q tener auto para trasladarte.

Good location if you would like to discover Chania region by car. Not too many good restos nearby though. Breakfast was ok. Beds were comfortable.
We continuously felt threatened. A couple days before our arrival I received instructions for getting in (which were btw perfectly clear), but they also wrote, in case we cant get in and need to call them, that has a 50 EUR charge. I found it very rude. When we arrived, on the wall there was also a list of things for they would charge us. The receptionist also emphasized that if we throw paper in the toilet thats a 100 EUR charge. I understand these, but why do they have to push these in our faces everywhere? We felt so unwelcomed, already before our arrival.
On the other hand, there was a whole night and morning of electricity outage in the building. We didnt get any reimbursement or whatsoever. So it is a bit ridiculous that they threat us with all sorts of charges but it is okay for them not to have electricity.
