Staff really pleasant and helpful. Rooms nice, good breakfast and easy parking. There is also a bus stop opposite if you don't have a car. It's not really a 4 star hotel but it isn't priced as one so that wasn't a problem.
Facilities not as extensive as suggested - there is no laundry on site but you can pay to have it done. Sauna/spa costs extra and seems to be little used. The walk to the beach is quite short (15 mins) but a bit hairy as there is no pedestrian path. We didn't try the evening buffet as we found we could eat cheaper by the beach.

Location, cleaning every day, fast response and supportiveness by reception
Parking spots are not marked, wind conditions, too fat on regular breakfast food (oil usage or something else), not good coffee, not cleaning of tables immediatelly after people being finished with food
