I had chosen this hotel specifically because it was the former Pelikan factory and I had wanted to stay here for that reason. I liked the subtle decor and the historical references to the old factory, this was really a nice touch and unique which was fantastic.
Staff were friendly and helpful, breakfast was great and the ladies assisting were fantastic and helpful. The Pelikan bar was a nice touch and the two barmen were attentive, helpful and courteous. Great overall service.
Nothing really, it was a lovely place and I enjoyed my time there immensely thank you.

Quiet location near public transportation. Mattress was very comfortable. The air conditioning was great and you could turn it off and open a window
Bathroom lighting was bad and the shower very small. No USB outlets

Nice historical place.
For the pricing, the room quality was much too low.
