Vom Empfang und bereits davor nur Freundlichkeit und Hilfsbereitschaft durch das Hotelpersonal.
Der etwas muffige Geruch im Zimmer und der große Riss im einzigen Fliegengitter für Fenster. Dadurch mit 🦟 Mückensummen aufgeweckt worden. Unser Zimmer war schon etwas in die Jahre gekommen und könnte eine Auffrischung vertragen.

Positives sides:
* the beautiful surroundings in that part of Germany - so many interesting sounds from the wildlife. Our kids kept asking so many questions every time they heard a bird, swish or grunting noise
* excellent food - it was huge portions! GREAT after woodland walking
* Super safe for children to stay there
* Fantastic craftmanship of the old farm buildings and nice to see the photos from long time ago
* Not so far to petrol stop
Negatives sides:
* Very far and intricate to find by car, especially late in the evening! Make sure to plan your arrival early.
* The extra bed linens available were not so clean
* The floors were also not very well hoovered, especially by beds and under table.
* Poor shower - very slippery for small children
* Bed mattress was so firm (but each to their own) Would have been nice with a medium kind of softness
* Little TV channels available to watch later in the evening
* Narrow steps on top floor (where we had our rooms). Hard to bring a dog around them up/downs
