The property was perfect, the staff too. Everyone so nice, the food excellent, the pool very big. I also did the hammam with the scrub, I can only say wow.

This feels like a brand new hotel sat in the middle of a remote oasis. We stayed for two nights in September, as a stop off between Marrakech & Agadir. The town was fairly quiet but we liked that after the bustling Marrakech. In the hotel, everything was pristine clean! The views from the pool terrace are just stunning with lush palm groves & the mountains in the background. It was quite serene chilling around the pool. We had breakfast, lunch & dinner in the hotel both nights & the food was amazing & reasonably priced. The staff are all very attentive & cant do enough for you. Stephan the hotel manager came to us on both days to ask if everything was ok - this made for a very personal experience. One good memory to take away from this hotel is the rewarding (after Marrakech) draught flag special lager, served in freezer chilled glasses, not overly important but quite refreshing. I would stay here again 100%

Zimmer und Pool war so wie auf den eingestellten Fotos
Frühstück leider schlecht, qualitativ und auch im fensterlosen Frühstücksraum nicht ansprechend präsentiert ! Wir haben auf der Terrasse gefrühstückt, damit war etwas Rennerei verbunden. Einige Kleinigkeiten sind uns aufgefallen wie fleckige Liegematten, Reinigungspersonal war während des Frühstücks schon im Zimmer, dabei wurden unsere benutzten Tassen im Waschbecken abgestellt?? Servicekräfte leider zum Teil unaufmerksam

clean room.
no heater ran in the hallways cold as hell … no phone in the room need to leave room anytime you wanted to see the receptionist . couldn’t get WiFi to work in my room tried for 2 days straight. incompetent technicians.
