Very elegant and comfortable, as well as safe. Sofie and her husband were very accommodating, providing us an early breakfast due to our scheduled trip, a safe place to keep our unneeded luggage during our excursion, advice regarding local activities, and a free tour of the Medina.
Electronic communication was difficult. We were transferred from Sofia’s brother’s riad (several months in advance) due to construction/repair work at the original riad we booked. I sent many emails trying to confirm transferred/booked rooms and payment. It was unnerving…but in the end, in-person, Sophie and her lovely Riad Les Hibiscus were absolutely worth it. Just enchanting.

Our stay at Riad Hibiscus was faultless. Beautifully presented, stylish and comfortable. The staff were exceptional and the location was great. Really central but peaceful despite being so close to all that Marrakesh offers. The breakfast was delicious and so lovely to start the day on the rooftop and our evening meal on the first night was the best food we had during our two day stay. 10/10!

Our stay at the riad in Marrakech was absolutely wonderful! Sophie is an incredibly warm and friendly host who made us feel at home from the very first moment. The staff were exceptionally kind, helpful, and genuinely hospitable throughout our stay. Everything was spotless, very clean, and perfectly maintained, which made the experience even more comfortable. The location is excellent, and the riad itself is beautifully kept. We would highly recommend it to anyone visiting Marrakech!

The location was nice, the staff was kind to arrange shuttle service from and to the airport, the place was beautiful and the breakfast on the rooftop was lovely
There was a lot of cigarette smoke in the air. Our room (Iris) was on the ground floor and as standard windows were without glass, so whenever someone smoked in the riad (which was all the time!) the room would also fill up with the smell of cigarette smoke
