The hotel is in a great location, with the CTM bus station within walking distance. There is an excellent Lebanese shawarma restaurant, a well-stocked supermarket, and plenty of useful shops nearby. The rooms were clean, and the breakfast offered a wide variety of tasty options. Bathroom shower was good.
The air conditioning did not cool the room properly because the window was broken. Although the breakfast selection was excellent, there were flies in the dining area. The reception staff also need to improve their communication, as they were not very helpful when I called before arrival, despite speaking in both English and Arabic. It would also be appreciated if complimentary water were provided in the room on arrival, and enough towels were supplied for all guests—we had only one towel despite the room being booked for three people.

The stuff feel very very friendly and helpful, and hammam was pretty nice too. And a good value. You can order omelette at breakfast. The bedding was clean and in good condition, so were the towels.
The hotel is a bit old-fashioned, the rooms could definitely do with an update. Very limited storage/wardrobe space. Curtains were very tired looking and frail and the bathroom could definitely do with a bit of update and just basic reseal to get rid of the mould in the shower cubicle. Water pressure and the temperature wasn’t consistent as well, but plumbing is quite common problem in Morocco overall i believe. The bathroom seemed to have very poor ventilation and got very stuffy and steamed up when we used the shower. The shower curtain was not the clean. Breakfast had limited options with more sweet than savoury options, but you won’t go hungry. Coffee wasn’t the best and lukewarm by 10am, they seem to be no option to order coffee to the table.
You’d need a taxi to get around, the hotel location is not within the walking distance to the medina.
