The hotel was in an excellent location right by the train station and the town Centre. My daughter was impressed by the large car park at the rear of the hotel. The staff were friendly and extremely helpful, the breakfast was good and there was plenty of choice.
We found the beds too soft and the room was particularly hot even with the window open.

The hotel is perfectly located for exploring Worcester.
The room was at the rear of the hotel, as requested by me, and was very quiet. There was a most unexpected leather office chair in the room, which I found most comfortable in the early hours of the morning processing photographs from the Worcester Music Festival.
Breakfast was excellent, as always and the restaurant staff friendly and helpful, as were all staff on this trip.
The lounge area is very comfortable - I wish I'd had more time to use it!
Car parking spaces are not cramped - essential when you have a lot of gear to unload.
The hotel could do with some refurbishment and in my room at least, the toilet and the hand basin were competing for space...
The new payment system for car parking is a faff and the card payment screen is all but unreadable.

The location was great very close to the station and city centre
Room was very hot due to outside temperature. The fan in the room was not fit for purpose. In this day and age you must look at better air con in the rooms and corridors. Bar staff over the weekend were not great and inattentive.
