The food was excellent and delicious. Breakfast had a great variety of options, all fresh and beautifully prepared. The hotel facilities are amazing, and the property is set in a beautiful, peaceful location. We really enjoyed our stay.
The room was not cleaned to the standard I would expect from a hotel of this level. There was visible dust and dirt inside the furniture and around the electrical equipment, which was disappointing.
The shower was also inconvenient to use, as the shower head was fixed very high and pointed towards the wall, making it difficult to shower comfortably.

The location is beautiful as is the exterior of the building, room was a good size and bed comfortable.
The hotel was generally not as clean as I would expect. Staff are good on a personal level polite and friendly, however, tables slow to be cleared/ignored. Outside tables had full ashtrays at 11:30am that were left even after chairs straightened.
