The location
It’s a bit old and the bathroom is outdated. The smell in the room of old carpets . The cleaners spray some terribly strong toilet freshener on the carpet to delete the smell but it was even more awful.

Very helpful staff.
Had incident with room cleaning. A very large wedding hat box disappeared from our room. Advised reception of problem but no one seemed to take responsibility. Left disappointed without the hat box.
