Felbridge Gatwick Hotel & Spa

The facilities were incredible

The only thing I would change would be the booking system for the spa treatments

Very clean ! Rooms were very big ‘ you had everything in them! Swimming and spa were an added bonus ! Will definitely come back to stay ! I never had breakfast ‘ we didn’t have time ‘ but they are the amazing ! I recommend ! Our flight was to early !

The rooms are always nice

We have used your hotel a few times now, for myself and my late husband and for various family members, ( I live nearby in Coombe Hill Road), but we always have a problem with one particular staff member on the reception, a gentleman with no hair, (bald), sorry I don't have his name. He is extremely abrupt and surly to the point of almost being rude, the rest of the staff are lovely but this gentleman needs retraining in my opinion. I think he might be a head receptionist or manager or at least he tries to give that impression. Definitely needs to work on his people's skills...

Breakfast good. Rooms big and clean.

Was a bit disappointed that the sauna and steam rooms were out of order, but the sauna was later fixed and reopened. We had a bad night, the first night, as due to severe creaking floorboards from the room above, we heard every step they took, and as they were obviously leaving early, we were awake from 4.a.m. We contacted reception, and after breakfast we were relocated to another room (upstairs). Was also disappointed that, without warning the restaurant was closed on Friday evening. But did not find out until the following morning that the bar had a limited choice menu.
