Breakfast was very good and great service fresh and presented well
I think the furniture in the room was dated albeit wood even a high polish might help the fridge was not working and there were no shelves in it room service did not check the tea and coffee so my husband had to go and get fresh milk in the morning

Stunning location, fabulous staff. Shout out to Sol restaurant manager & Barbara.
Superb cooked breakfasts to order in the mornings. Dinner in the evening was excellent. Quality ingredients.
Pianist on Saturday evening was perfect for dinner.
DJ on the terrace was nice touch and gave a good relaxed vibe. We had a fabulous stay for our anniversary and staff made it special for us.
We enjoyed lovely walks along Sandbanks beaches all in close proximity to the hotel.
The air-conditioning was difficult to regulate, it didn't seem to stay on, that could just have been us though!
Rooms probably need a refresh of decor along with the bathroom. Power shower was excellent though, Aqualisa always good choice.

The hotel is in a stunning location with fantastic views overlooking the beautiful bay
Considering that it charges 5 star prices, it felt very much 3 star
$$$$
