Spacious rooms.
Quiet rooms.
Bed slightly too hard
Slightly tired in places.

Breakfast was crowded in a small space
Second morning was very noisy at breakfast lots of people pretty full
Hotel social space felt overly warm
Bacon and eggs were dry over cooked. Day 2 breakfast when I went to get my food there were no eggs or no hash browns so very limited.
Sign said Marmite and in bowl was jam so wrongly labelled.
We were a group of 6 and x 3 people sadly smoked and when it’s raining there is no shelter. Paying for £12 per night parking was a bit steep they should reduce this for visitors staying in hotel. It’s not like we were going in a flight and looking for specific parking facilities.

Nice entrance lobby and rooms were nice and clean and big
It was nice that it had a swimming pool but it was quite cold, especially for child we had with us and would have been nice to have a few toys/water aids available there

The staff all so so lovely. Honestly some very good people.
I liked the coffee machine, really good coffee.
The check in snd check out is seamless
The food was quite disappointing. The menu is amazing but unfortunately did not match the taste or look.
Quite dusty in the room
TV signal barely there and not a smart tv so could not watch anything.
Charged parking should be free for guests
$$$$
