Room was a good size and well furnished, the bathroom was clean and well stocked and the shower was powerful. Bed was really comfy. The bar was very pleasant and the staff were good.
The receptionist seemed like she didn't really want to be there and didn't really listen to what I was saying so had to repeat myself a few times to get my parking sorted. The restaurant staff failed to do any food checks during my meal.

The staff all so so lovely. Honestly some very good people.
I liked the coffee machine, really good coffee.
The check in snd check out is seamless
The food was quite disappointing. The menu is amazing but unfortunately did not match the taste or look.
Quite dusty in the room
TV signal barely there and not a smart tv so could not watch anything.
Charged parking should be free for guests
$$$$
