Excellent location, almost guaranteed parking outside, lovely decor, restaurant, coffee shop and bar with bar snacks/meals
Bathroom had a brilliant walk in shower and room had a fridge
A very small lift, but as I stayed on the first floor I walked up to my room

Lovely hotel in a good location, it is a 15 minute walk to harbour arm. Good room size and amenities.
Not sure if thin walls or just very noisy neighbours but we could hear every word of their loud conversation - friends in another room on a different floor didn’t have this issue.

The location is excellent: the hotel is only a 15-minute walk from the train station and is situated right next to the beautiful green cliffs. It is a wonderful area for walking and enjoying the surrounding scenery.
The hotel does not provide bathrobes or slippers, even upon request. I specifically asked the staff for them and was told that the hotel does not offer them at all. There were no basic bathroom amenities either, which was particularly disappointing for a four-star property.
We booked a king room, but the main photo shown during the booking process featured a room that looked considerably larger, brighter and more attractively furnished than the one we received. Although our actual room could also be found among the other photos, the main image created a very different impression and set expectations that were not met. The substantial difference between rooms in the same category was disappointing.
