Staff, location and value for money
Hotel does feel a little tired but it just works. It’s feels like the setting of an Agatha Christie murder mystery

The amazing feel of the place. The old world feel . Staff were really friendly Sam at breakfast and the Irish man in the afternoon (sorry can’t remember his name). The food aswell was lovely and just the vibe when enjoying our food
The fact that the light switch in the bathroom didn’t work and also having to use the fire escape last night to get to my bedroom

A stunning hotel with excellent food. The rooms are a little tired, and you have to use a fire escape for the room I was in if there is a function going on. Which wasn't ideal for our health situation.

Very quiet location. Very easy trip to Wembley Stadium.
Very expensive and poor value for money room service. A very small and dry smoked salmon roll and bag of crisps cost £15.
