The location was excellent, staff were polite , friendly and helpful. I was impressed that you could hardly hear any airport noise either . Good choice at breakfast..
Unfortunately I was a bit disappointed with the room. It was good enough but it looked grubby and and tired. The carpet looked like it needed a good clean and the bathroom looked cold and clinical.

Convenient location
Room was very tired, and in need of a some care, we have found whenever we book a big chain hotel on booking .com you are always placed in the smallest rooms, the room was small and although we requested twin beds were given a double. At check in we asked about the car park and were told it would be fine for check in we were literally 15mins from queuing to check in to dropping bags off and moving car to long stay car park and were given a bar code to exit the car park and still received a £100 fine. After being assured by staff that this was OK

The carpets in corridor are threadbare,patched and held together with Duck Tape. Dangerous trip hazzards everywhere .It looks dilapidated and run down.It looks more like a dosshouse than a hotel.
