Clean, stylish, generous room. Very helpful, polite and cheerful staff.
Position right on the road less than ideal ,but it was not noisy or intrusive.

The customer service was excellent giving the feeling of people trying to help in a traditional way rather than people simply jumping through hoops to complete their assigned duties.
Staff selection is just as important as staff training and this hotel is clearly very good at spotting people who can be happy in the fulfilment of their tasks.
The place was traditional and had character which is what I like to see.
The breakfast was reasonable and offered both cereal and a variety of other options right up to Full English.
Personally, I prefer sausages with more spice in them even if that meant they were smaller and I like to have back bacon rather than streaky but overall the breakfast was filling and served hot rather than sitting under lights.

Great location with train station for easy access to Great Malvern and Ledbury.
Nice bar and restaurant
Good food and friendly service.
The room was quite grubby
The bathroom blind was really mouldy and the bathroom not at all clean.
The shower was very weak
No wardrobe and limited storage.
