Our stay was very satisfactory and the breakfast was tasty. Room was basic but clean and comfortable.
My daughter and myself enjoyed our stay.
Location was ideal for visiting a relation attending Brunel college, we had a drink in the lounge area and it had a great atmosphere and staff very friendly.

Near wedding venue. Lots of our family stayed there. Nice bar area. Enjoyed the free drinks voucher- great idea to use the bar and buy a fee more drinks and eat there.
Bit of a warren.

Staff were really friendly polite & knowledgeable, food was great
This was the 2nd time we'd stayed at this hotel , 1st time the room was fantastic however the room we were given this time 304 was pretty poor , bed rock hard , shower leaked heavily on to the floor through the screen , had to have the AC on max heat as it was pretty cold in the room , the difference between the 1st room & 2nd stay room was night & day, Also lighting was quite poor with no direct light at the mirror & bathroom mirror completely steamed up
