Staff were so friendly and smiley and always rushed over to tend to you. Breakfast options fantastic, breakfast staff member fantastic service and so nice.
Room was comfortable, bedding and towels really clean. Room in general a little musty I had to have the door open for a bit to air it, window stayed open at all times. Cobwebs and spiders in the room. Dusty in places, and looking a little worn. Radiator woke me up during the night making a clicking sound. Clean surfaces and good enough for clean comfortable stay. Just feel a deep clean is needed.

Convenient overnight stop on our way to visit the National Space Centre in Leicester
Lovely staff and a decent pint in the pub, though we didn't eat there
Quite worn accommodation - but the bed was comfy and clean. The radiators were a bit rusty! But not an issue and good value
Finding it bizarrely
Both Waze and the link on Booking.com took us to the wrong place, and at night it was a bit annoying. Google Maps worked in the end but be warned if you book with Booking.com you might not end up in the right place!

Very friendly staff. Good Location, Good pub adjacent . Comfy Beds
The annex building appears to have been constructed with macerator waste pumps for toilet and sinks. This are clearly quite old an noisy now. The vibration of these could be heard right throughout the building. Anyone using the toilet late evening, through the night, in the morning sent reverberating sounds that would wake you up (even if a couple of rooms away).
The facilities are clean, but rooms starting to look a bit tired.
You get what you pay for......but the noise would put me off returning.
