Great staff, professional and very friendly. Rooms were very comfortable and well equipped. The location was very close to the university Campus where I was attending a meeting, very handy. Lots of shops and eateries nearby. Parking was good at the hotel

no lift, wi fi did not work, window could not open wide enough, bed far too narrow, not enough tea and coffee in room
