The staff were so friendly and helpful. Just amazing. Everyone had a smile and seemed genuinely interested in providing great service.
A small hotel that when full, felt overwhelmed. Long waits at the bar when I attended a convention there. The food that the hotel provided for our convention was poor.
Bar prices were expensive. The bathroom had a weird smell and was tired looking and the bed was too hard for me.

We arrived earlier than check in time as well and they let us have a room that was ready which was brilliant!
