Large comfortable bed. Big enough for a cot even with the sofa bed up. Useful bar. Breakfast was good. Generally quiet site.
The leisure facilities have been shut for several months. I think they were closed when I visited in December too. As I was staying to visit my parents not sure I'd have used them, but the option would have been good.

The hotel was conveniently located for the purpose of my trip and close enough to the town centre as well. Staff were pretty good overall, especially on checkin and checkout.
Its advertised as a spa hotel but none of the spa facilities were available and will not be for a long time!
Had to wait forever for someone to come and serve at the bar.
There are no lifts to the upper floors.
No air-con in any of the rooms. Very noisy in the early mornings because windows were open due to lack of air con.
