Excellent location
As usual parking was difficult
At 11.00 promptly when I was in the
Room
Manager came knocking at door telling me
That 11.00 was checking out time
I thought it was 12noon
The lady was very rude no please or nicety
Just rude and she had no manners

location great staff great
Place was really tired in certain areas
Veranda area especially
Filthy ash trays not emptied
Veranda needed sweeping badly
One miserable member of staff who was clearly not happy
Very basics stuff which begs the question where was the manager and why didn't he/she nitice and correct any of this!
Filthy windows which i appreciate is a ckbatant battle on a beach area.
