Overall the hotel is very good. Staff are friendly. If you have booked to play golf you would be in seventh heaven.
The accessible room worked really well for my disabled husband.
The accessible bedroom is the first room, so everyone goes past it to get to their bedrooms and it is opposite the lift. We did experience a bit of disturbance with folks passing or waiting for the lift and talking.
Maybe some signage to remind folks they're entering the accommodation area, might help.
Breakfast was buffet style and okay, but could have been hotter, but I appreciate that's also tricky with a buffet style. Plus, for me, when you're getting two people's breakfast, my husband is in a wheelchair, I felt I was on a relay for hot drinks, juice and then food.

The lady on reception on Friday 11/9/2026 day shift was fantastic. Professional pleasant and uplifting. She managed to sort my wife and I a taxi/drop off in an area where it would appear there are no taxis. We thank her.
Bathroom really needed a spruce up.

Comfortable room, great location and facilities
Breakfast staff unhelpful, many breakfast items ran out and was told well it’s nearly the end of service ( 30 minutes left)

The hotel had a gym and the staff were really nice.
The hotel is very dated and not well maintained, the first room they put us in was dusty and not made up. We had to ask to get moved to a different room. The other room was cleaner. There’s also no aircon in the rooms.
