This isn't my first stay so I was comfortable with the Breakfast process and where everything was
The time element, on both mornings it took ages for someone to come and take our orders and only happened after being prompted, the yogurts had ran out and hadn't been topped up. There appeared to be adequate staff working so that wasn't the reason.

The room was clean and tidy and the staff were helpful and pleasant.
The potholes in the exit road and the fact that you have to go into the village and at the roundabout come all the way back to enter the hotel.

This is not a prestige area for hotels in general, but this one had reliable car parking so I booked Standard Room and Breakfast. Duty Manager and all staff very pleasant so I also had a bar snack (sandwich and chips) and evening dinner (sea bass). Grounds and Dining Room are stylish and appear recently spruced up in comparison with the areas where the Rooms are. Connection to the M25 is good.
Room was so tiny that there I had to stoop to get through a 9 inch gap between the end of the 4ft 6in wide bed, and the wall plus the overhang of the TV set on the same wall to reach the window curtains. The worst point was that the Bar and the area outside it smelled strongly of foul drains during my visit - and the morning after my eating I had a stomach upset that lasted for two days.
