Room was ok, except some light switches did not work and the bulb above the sink in the bathroom was flicking
Only had toast otherwise waiting for 20 mins for full breakfast, as we had to be at the uni for 8-30

Location is lovely, good parking facility, very good breakfast
Atmosphere was sad, looks like it would have been a very welcoming and full of charm when it was first built. Now has no charm, felt like a cheap trave lodge. No shower gels, soap, shampoo. No hairdryer. No fridge and weather very hot, considering it was an executive room. Couldn’t open the doors onto Juliette balcony. Very basic and lack of charm. No charging points.
Too much emphasis on spending money on a huge sign in front of entrance to hotel saying to make sure you register car reg…. Just a lack of creativity. I wouldn’t recommend it but might stay again now i know what to expect but not at the price i paid.

The breakfasts.
The location.
The mattress on the double bed in room 211 was solid and if there hadn't been a more comfortable single bed I'd have asked for a different mattress.
The noise from an onsite party went on until 1.30am with guests banging doors until the early hours!
Someone was playing 'knock on the door run' at 5.20am - not a pleasant second night's stay!!
