Was really pleased with the room considering the price, very good value for money. Would definitely come back and stay

Basic but dog friendly

Dog friendly Comfy bed

Pool/gym/sauna/spa closed since Covid. No garden - just car park. Security or maintenance staff messing about in public reception area. All exits/entrances except main entrance out of use. Not clean - stains on carpet, fingerprints on lampshades. 6 times looked for reception staff, but nobody on reception, only security/maintenance personnel in reception public area. Hairdryer didn't work (after 3 minutes).

Good hotel for work travel

Nice hotel in comparison to a lot I’ve stayed in . Rooms are spacious and airy. Good value for money as a work away person. Staff friendly and helpful.

Never Staying Again!

I didn't like that our first room was full of human and dog hairs. We then got moved to another room, which was full of the same, including the bathroom. The 3rd room was fine. This was extra stressful because we stayed on Chris Eve. The manager seemed frustrated with us and had an unacceptable attitude

Kind of suited requirements as wanted cheap and cheerful

We had a situation of while using hair dryer, all the lights on one side of the room all went out, we called reception, a man came up to take a look then said he would be back, after over an hour we heard nothing, we then phoned back and was told we would need to change rooms, we gathered our stuff together and waited, I eventually went to reception and a man met me half way and said they could actually fix it, they managed to sort it, but took a long time with poor communication. In the meantime I tried to use a light on the other side of the room as the power was working that time, but several bulbs were missing so very poor maintenance

Room was cold, heating started warming an hour before I left the next day. Duvet so thin I slept in a fleece to get warm and the fire door kept banging outside the room.

Definitely a two star

The reception made us pay for parking in the hotel which is £2 more expensive than the parking app. Very out dated. The shower and bathroom old and dirty

Solid and unfussy

Lovely welcome and they found me a quiet room. The room was comfortable and clean. The bathroom was bright and clean. Breakfast was good and I had poached eggs. But, I luckily got my coffee before the one machine working broke down

To be picky the grilled tomatoes at breakfast could have been grilled a little longer!

Room functional and clean. Staff, lets be kind, training required.

The accommodation was comfortable and clean and functional.

No welcome from staff at reception. Too many rules ie Bar closed promptly at 11pm. Discounted breakfast cost only available if booking in advance on arrival. We stayed 5 nights and could not confirm breakfast requirements for the stay. Car parking charges Outrageous.

Exceptional, fantastic value for money.

Everything was excellent, parking, the room, the extra snacks, private bathroom, Iris & Paul, all superb and great value for money.

Cheap & cheerful.

Handy location, clean hotel & friendly night time staff.

The food in the restaurant wasn’t nice at all and the beds were on wheels so we rolled around in the single beds during the night.

Disappointing

Breakfast was good, Coffee too. Staff was pleasent and helpfull. Rooms are good.

Housekeepeng needs inpriovment. They didnt cahnge the beddings for more than two weeks. Towels were changed every day.

Nice, easy stay in good location for a quick visit

I like the location, I like the price of the room, I like how easy it was to check in.

The staff member that served me looked like she was more interested in something else she was doing on her desk. I wasn't advised pre booking that I had to pay for parking, which then changes the price slightly.

Curt reception staff, bathroom not up to standard expected , top price for second rate accommodation. Dirty toilet in bathroom , breakfast not up to expectations. Would never be able to recommend it.

room smelt like a sewer

location good for access to Harlow

room smelt of sewers or as if someone had dedicated on the floor a while ago and not properly cleaned. really disgusting, shame as the staff and the breakfast were good.

Super hotel, very comfortable room with a nice bed, restaurant menu was very good with plenty of options, The food was excellent & nicely presented. Staff were very welcoming & helpful, Will definitely stay here again.

Don’t be fooled by the look of the outside of the buildings

The fact I asked if I could have extra pillows as 1 each wasn’t enough I have a bad kneck and forgot my own personal pillow , within minutes 2 were brought to our room :) the Buffett breakfast had plenty of choice and was lovely

From the outside doesn’t look like there is any life inside and looks drab & univiting the outside needs to look brighter , in fact we pulled up and on first view I said I’m Not staying here , it looks like a dive but in the end was tired we have stayed at accor hotels before and all have been nice , I had an early hospital appointment in the morning and this was the closest hotel so booked - once booked online in the car while outside , looks can be deceiving entered the hotel and it is lovely , clean and actually lots of people staying , the room was clean and we had a very nice afternoon/evening at the hotel , the food we ordered was lovely starters and mains and all food was so nice

A pleasant place to stay just needs tweaking as regards parking which should be free and the pool

Breakfast was great

It said there was a swimming pool but this was closed and has been since lockdown apparently. Paid to park and then received a demand for none payment of parking, had to call the hotel to remind them that we had paid.
