Beautiful place, very peaceful and surrounded by greenery. The staff were really friendly, welcoming and attentive. The restaurant was excellent and the quality of the services was outstanding. A wonderful experience in a pleasant and peaceful setting.
Nothing in particular to mention, everything was very enjoyable.

The fabulous grounds to walk around, and such a pretty castle too, surrounded by beautiful beds of flowers and herbaceous borders. Use of golf carts to help guests get their bags to their room was also very welcome. In fact all the staff were brilliant. Great breakfast in the morning too.
Why oh why do the breakfast and bistro tables have PLASTIC flowers - and not ever really good ones.
More minor comments:
The hand sink in our bedroom rather than in the bathroom was a little odd and inconvenient too.
Our room was a little chilly when we arrived too, though it warmed up very quickly

Staff was welcoming and the grounds were really impressive.
The rooms are pretty dated, and not particularly clean. Could really use a renovation to make the interiors match the stately grounds. The layout of the suite makes it all feel smaller than it actually is, awkward little foyer to a narrow hall and two small rooms.
The windows open but there are no screens and lots of still water, so perfect conditions for mosquitoes.
Breakfast was good, but expensive.
