The staff were very friendly & efficient. Pool & pool bar area very nicely laid out. Breakfast was excellent. Apartment was very nicely furnished etc.

Pool area could have been kept a little bit tidier (a few drinking cups, bottles, paper etc. was often left overnight and not cleaned away)

Fabulous place - rooms great and staff especially Annabella are exceptional

The place is huge and it has a lot of gardens and open spaces to walk around. Breakfast was good, although not so much variety

The rooms are dated, the door nob to our bathroom kept falling, the toiletries did not get replaced (nor did the in-room coffee). I asked for hair conditioner and they said NO, no further explanation, they didn't even offer to sell me some from the spa. I understand that we're in low season and there might have been less employees working, but the overall service was not good for anything. The dinners were very bad, all the same food all the time. Even the salads were premade ( I am allergic to cucumber and quickly realized every dish had them because they used the same pre-made salad for all of them). Definitely not a 5* hotel, price is overly high for the state in which the resort really is. Looks like it was a cool place to stay 20 years ago, not now. The pool was very small and only one for the entire property which is huge!
