Very good

Great location for snow trips. Close to the nearby town and all the fun places. The staff is very accommodating and helpful. Great view of the mountains.

The room was on the small side.

Location, views, space, good breakfast. Helpful staff when, due to an emergency we had to leave early and get some of our stay refunded.

Lacked a bit of homeliness, room was a little tired looking.

Good stay.

Good location in close proximity to the city. The hotel has its own large free parking lot. Dinner and breakfast were plentiful and very tasty.

None of the staff, even at the reception, spoke English and we had to use an online translator to communicate.

Pleasant stay overall - hotel needs an update, though.

The staff were incredibly friendly and welcomed us with fresh juice and espresso upon arrival. The breakfast and dinner which we had at the hotel were good quality and good portions. The staff was very friendly with our 3-year-old son. The location is excellent, as you can walk into Roccaraso or drive 5-10 minutes to any neighboring towns easily. They also gave us a bottle of wine as a parting gift during checkout.

Overall, the hotel is a bit dated. The pictures you see are what you will get - pretty simple rooms with beds, a small desk, a TV, and not much else. The main issue is that the beds are pretty old, and we found them to be of pretty poor quality. In the hotel itself, there is not a ton to do - a long walk around the property and table tennis are about it. One of the evenings, we could easily hear people in the hallway until after midnight.

Very good

excellent value for money. Hotel very clean. Personal always kind and helpful. Dinner and breakfas abundant and of quality in line with the price paid.

The structure definitely need to be refreshed. No control of the temperature in the room. Located right on the mainroad (not much traffic) beside a fuel pump.
