Super velky pokoj pro rodinu s detmi, hernicka a skvela poloha ve meste.

Jednoduche ubytovani s dobrym pomerem cena-vykon a je videt, ze hotelove vedeni to dela s laskou a venuje se detailum. Na recepci byly slecny extremne mile a prijemne, snidane byla skvela, detsky koutek uzasny a moc se mi libili lokalni produkty u recepce i u snidane. Kdyz se nam podari nekdy vratit, tak urcite vyzkousime saunu.

Pokoj byl podle fotografii, zadny luxus, ale moc pohodlny. Nejspis ho take ceka rekonstrukce, jako jine pokoje. Kazdopadne byl presne jako na fotkach.

Wonderful stay at the foot of the Jizera Mountains

We loved the location, within sight of CENTRAL JABLONEC and a few minutes away from the center. The room was very spacious, bright, well equipped and had a very large bathroom. The breakfast was very rich varieded and delicious. The full body oil massage was fantastic. The hotel staff was helpful and friendly. The wifi was excellent. My partner found the bed a bit too hard, for me it was excellent.

There were only small things we didn't like so much. Sometimes the TV reception was a bit weak, but who needs a TV anyway when the weather is great? Every morning there was always a small queue in front of the coffee machine and you had to wait in line even for hot water.

Very pleasant stay in beautiful surroundings.

I found the parking lot on Korejeká street easily via satellite photos. From there the entrance is also easily accessible. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The room was bright, clean and quiet. I really liked the light wood furniture and the bathroom was very nice. Everything seemed newly renovated. I found the bed a little hard, which was due to a different mattress (than it seems to be common in the other rooms). I found the breakfast selection a bit narrow. However, what was offered was very good and tasty. I also noticed positively that a lot of things were designed to be child-friendly. There are play corners, children's tables in the dining room and crayons in the room. I also liked the water with mineral stones in the room. There was also a kettle, tea and coffee in the room. The WiFi was very good.

There weren't any things that really bothered me or displeased me.

Nice place near the city centre and shopping mall. Comfortable bad, cozy wooden facilities. Good value for the money and friendly and helpful staff.

Good price and location. Room equiment OK.

I stayed Fr-Sa and early morning started a lot of noice, probably some workers worked in the hotel or near by. In my room was light smell like from waste water

Exceptional

After the renovation the rooms are very comfortable, clean and cosy. The staff are very nice and helpful, and the breakfast is delicious. I loved the way the hotel is designed to show the care for the environment.

Nice stay in lovely location.

Great location, beautiful garden. Room was nice and comfy. Great and clean bathroom, highly appreciated.

Some unfinished work in hallways, with electric wires out of the wall - didn’t look nice nor safe. Breakfast not great, not terrible. A bit pricey for this town.

Excellent location and good place to stay!

Excellent location, friendly and helpful staff, good-sized room, great shower, excellent breakfast, lovely rooftop terrace..

The single bed was very narrow. The room was hot without shutters or blackout/reflective curtains to keep out the sun.

It's a good choice, the best value for the money

The reception perfect, friendly and helpful. The rooms were spacious, comfortable, very good beds, we found everything we needed. The hotel has parking places free. In the centrum it's big help. The breakfast varied, and appropriate for three stars. The downtown 5-10 minutes by walk. We had four very good night.

Everywhere you can find something, if you want. We didn't want.

If I could give 10 stars, I would do that. Fantastic location, facilities, excellent personal and fabulous breakfast. Oh, we love it there very much. Also support for local farmers and entrepreneurs is just great. Next time when passing by, this hotel will be our decision

we got a room at the basement next to the dirty things from different rooms. It wasn’t nice. The room we got it was nr 002, Please don’t take the key of the room. It was a very dark room with a very small Windows, we could see only a wall outside.

Great hotel

Breakfast was amazing! Staff was really kind. The Hotel was super clean and well decorated, really comfy! I would come back there!

In my room there was not blackout curtains and the sun/light woke us up before we wanted.

Not worth the price

Convenient location, free dedicated parking.

The mattresses were quite old and not comfortable. Beds were creaking on every small move. Anemnities were super basic despite the price. The family room could do with some separation between the double beds too. The toilets in the common area were stinking and were not clean.

Friendly staff, but the rooms let it down.

The communal spaces are nice. Breakfast was okay, but we noticed food from the morning before being brought out again, so not everything is fresh. That said, what was fresh was pleasant The staff were very friendly, accommodating and helpful.

The rooms are very dated, with old, delapidated furniture from the communist era. The linen and towels have also seen better days. There was something wrong with either the shower head or the water pressure and this made showering a rather unpleasant experience. The rooms and bathrooms are in desperate need of a compete refurbish. We stayed for three days and no one came to clean our room, which is something I expect in a hotel. Unfortunately, it is not somewhere I would recommend.

Beautiful hotel in beautiful Jablonec. My stay was 100% satisfactory.

The breakfast was delicious and hot.

Fine Apart from what I have mentioned

My bed was too small as I'm 6ft 2 and the length of the bed was 6 ft the shower head needs fixing as the water doesn't flow properly from the head even when you change settings
