The light in the room is perfect. The overall of room is good.

The ambience the beautifully decked up spaces
Spacious room and best of all hospitable and really sweet staff
The room phone was not picked up many times and neither reverted back to
So had to walk down or personally ask the very helpful n prompt housekeeping staff to help

I didn't like the fact that my room was changed to a room with a handicapped friendly toilet with no shower partition or curtain. The excuse was that a big group had just left the hotel and it would take time to clean up the room
I also did not like the fact that there was a interconnecting door to my room 1002 and the occupant of the adjoining room watched TV all night and the sound carried through the door. Ideally it should have been soundproofed.
The billing for small items were slow with a result that I did not get receipts for payments made in cash.
