Freundliches Hotel in topp Lage mit extrem hilfsbereitem Personal

Kleines, aber gut ausgestattetes Zimmer mit Klimaanlage, Kühlschrank, Safe, Wasserkocher, Kaffeemaschine, Kühlschrank, Föhn - super. Und wirklich nettes Personal.

Excellent property for the price in Geneva.

Literally less than a 5 minute walk to the central train station. It’s also just a short walk to Lake Geneva and then across the bridge to Old Town. The staff were friendly and extremely helpful with suggestions for what to do and how to get to places. The staff quickly accommodated us with a corkscrew and an electrical converter when requested. The coffee machine had a nice selection of beverages and was easy to use. The water dispenser had both still and sparkling water.

The carpet on the stairs was worn and stained. A fresh coat of paint for our room and stairwell are needed. A couple of hooks in our bathroom would have been nice.

The location is perfect, 2min walk from the main train station, very clean rooms and friendly staff.

The room was extremely hot and this could not be regulated, opening the windows was too loud to be able to sleep. Breakfast had limited healthy options.

Recently renovated and so rooms are modern and tidy.

Location . Part of the staff 5 (2 of them) were very kind and. welcoming. Comfortable bed and sheets. Many towels

Part of the staff (2 of them) seemed not very happy. Pillow was thin. Bedroom smaller then I thought. Breakfast not with variety and no choices for food allergies. I am lactose intolerant. Quite expensive.

location is easy and convenient

I got a street level room with a tapping noise behind the wall. Thought it might be my luck as it was last available room (hotel fully booked) but it made my stay not enjoyable. I would have nevertheless expect all rooms to have same standards.

great location. love the bath gel as well

very poor cleanliness - telephone coil & hairdryer are FULL OF DUST!!! spotted some (coffee?) stains on the bedside table there are also flies in the room. very irritating no bedroom slippers provided and the floor doesn’t feel clean at all bathroom walls are full of black mold. so disgusted room was so warm & stuffy and they don’t allow us to turn on the a/c because it’s November (according to the staff) but no fans were provided in the room and not like we could open the windows because there are some sewage pipes outside and it’s so smelly when the wind blows in sometimes the lights would flicker

good location shame sbout the penny pinching.

it was advertised with air-con but that was not available after early October however it was unusually warm when we were there and stifling in the room. It was unbearably noisy with the window open too. A remote control for the air-con was offered to us the second night but not willingly. I stress the facilities as advertised included air-con.

Ideally located right between the lake and the train station. Comfortable room with AC. Efficient and polite staff.

Some maintenance works in the building next door causing noises in early mornings.
