The view and location.
Rude staff. Older lads was rude in front of checking in customers to a younger staff member. You don’t roll your eyes and pull faces.
The man who had to turn our booked beds into single beds was rude and grumpy.
You don’t tell people that you’re having a good day until you had to change the beds.
If the booking had of been correct in the first place we wouldn’t have felt like we had caused the issue.

Location. View
Arrived around 1pm to park car and do check in registration. Parked outside hotel parking area. Was told room was almost ready and they (friendly young guy) would message when ready as we were not far away. No message. Returned and mentioned to female staffer that nobody contacted us. No ‘oh sorry about that’ basically just grunted and said ‘well it’s ready now’. Went to park car but no parks available on same side as our room so parked on the other side and got drenched getting our luggage out and walking to the other side. Booked and received confirmation of twin beds but it was set up as a double. Went to reception to show booking. Staff member came up and fixed. Some staff looked like they didn’t really want to deal with customers avoiding eye contact and no greetings. Our main door to the dual rooms wouldn’t stay open like other rooms did and it was really heavy to hold open while juggling luggage.

Good location, marina view room was nice.
Unfortunately there is not enough car spaces so if you go out at night you’ll have to park on the street.
No sheer curtains in the room, only blockout curtains so the room is pitch black or open to the world.

Door too heavy and damaged to open. Room not serviced daily. Bed very uncomfortable. Old and tired.
