The room was very clean & fresh looking.
The curtains weren't black out ones & the outside lights shone into our room at night. There was very little space for our luggage. It was okay for two nights.

Been to Rotorua a few times so location and price is the key,motel was just across the road from all the shops and town, it’s where all the locals go,price was great value, we had booked 4 rooms for 10 days,there is 2 washing machines and a dryer on site, used car to see attractions mainly, went to a few bars which were close , all bars are very small ,most were just 10 minutes walk from the motel , Ruck and Maul was the best
Just the tv as it just had local channels, no movie, Netflix etc

Great value for money. Central location. Staff very friendly and helpful.
The motel is a little dated and we had to ask for extra blankets.
However, this was dealt with very promptly and with friendly service
