Well kept, clean, lots of light, airy
Not enough elevators and you had to switch elevators to go to the garage level (which took you to the street)

We were extremely comfortable . Service , attention, treatment by everybody in the hotel was incredible. We thank everybody for your kindness and respect . We enjoyed the car service and drivers that you have for the guests .thank you so much and we will return . Mr and Mrs Jay Freilich, New York
The only problem we see is in the rooms that have steps. We suggest that you take care of that because older people can easily fall and even younger people and children when they wake up at night because they cannot see those steps that don’t have a red strip to make the guests aware of. We had to change our room but the hotel did it immediately . Thank you .
