The location -The staff - the room size is okay

This is an oasis in the bustling Heliopolis. It's very close to the airport. There are an Italian and a buffet restaurant, banks, ATMs, souvenir shops inside the hotel. It's very secure with airport style scan.

The location was convenient. The reception lounge was tolerable because of the live piano music at specific times.
The mattress was curved and uncomfortable. The pillows were non-standard and hard to sleep on. The bathroom was too small. The sitting area had a horrible couch and an incredibly rigid chair. They gave us one towel for two people. We asked for more and only got them the next day. No signal in the TV, which was set to French interface. There was nothing in the fridge and the door kept getting stuck when closing it. It had just one small water and one cola in it when we arrived, which may have been leftovers from a previous guest. So many flies in the breakfast buffet, we had to fight them for our food. Long walks from and to the elevators. Noisy guests in the hallway outside our room.
