Great location, 10 minutes walking from old town and there is a nice beach down the street. Free parking at the villa is available. Host is super nice and accommodating, always ready to assist with anything. Generally clean.
The only thing was the AC looked liked it had never been cleaned, it was very dusty inside.

We liked the location of the apartment — the area was quiet and close to the city center, with beautiful views from the window.
We booked an apartment with a kitchen so that we could cook if needed, but just a few minutes after arriving and checking in, we received a message from the host asking us not to eat in the apartment and instead to go to a restaurant, due to the possibility of ants appearing in the home.
Also, there was not even any hand soap provided in the apartment. There was no hot water, and we had to figure out ourselves how and where to turn it on. One of the toilets didn’t work — it wouldn’t flush.
The bedroom area was set up in an enclosed balcony.
