The location was great and the receptionist was kind. The air conditioning worked, and we had clean towels every day. Breakfast was decent - enough to fill you up.
Santorini itself was a bit of a letdown for us, but my only real complaint is that we paid for breakfast yet missed out on it because we had an early departure. I’m not really complaining - I understand that the staff start work later than we left - but I think a travel pack could have been arranged, perhaps it’s a good suggestion for the future, since people do pay for it, after all.

The host, Stella, is indeed a very sweet and gracious host. She looked after us very well, offering breakfast every day and ensuring we had fresh towels and room service daily. The beds were very comfortable. The pool area is lovely and relaxing. The location of the hotel is perfect for exploring Fira and the hotel was spotlessly clean. It is definitely highly recommended for your stay in Santorini.
The rooms are advertised as each having “a balcony or a patio”, but we had neither — nowhere to relax/lounge around, nowhere to dry clothes. We were given room 5 which was near to the dining area, and every morning we were awake at 8am to the endless repetitive sounds of people talking, clanking cutlery, moving chairs, banging doors, staff shouting at each other and feral kids running around. I cannot stress enough that if you are offered one of the rooms near the dining area, unless you like being up early, you should do your best to refuse it.

We loved everything about Hotel Leta. An older place but everything functions nicely and the pool is gorgeous. It’s so central with the location yet it’s quiet and peaceful at night. Comfortable beds and a lovely patio with your own clothes rack to dry clothes. Staff were amazing, a great pick up at the airport and beautiful lady at reception. Lovely Greek style breakfast with a boiled egg, toast, ham and cheese, plus yoghurt and cake, juice, tea and coffee available till 11am. Just a great little place at a great little price. Also a short walk to the cable car and some incredible views of the caldera. Don’t pay to sleep through the views. Just go to dinner at a restaurant with a caldera sunset view. You can still see the ocean on the other side from this hotel.

Location is very good, availability of iron and other necessities… Very nice terrace and very helpful staff. Clean rooms. Making room every day.
NOISE, all night and all day. No sleep. Hotel staff was not handling guest behavior during a night so it was like monkey cage in zoo in pairing period. Bad internet connection
