The staff (manager) was very helpful & nice, getting my bedroom door open to help me after I fell in their very beautiful, antique, but very dangerous bathtub. The hotel is old, authentic and very pretty! Breakfast was outstanding!
The antique, deep, narrow bathtub floor was as slick as glass. There was no safety bar. I fell backwards, instantly, as soon as the water came on and couldn't get up or out, in the extremely narrow bathtub. A paramedic had to come and get me out. Big bruise on my right arm. I'm still nursing a right knee impact problem/pain a month later from the fall. There was minimum pain that day but has evolved into pain & more, affecting my walking.

The breakfast was lovely in the beautiful restaurant at the hotel with a nice selection of warm and cold items. The young woman working at the Reception desk was very understanding and helpful and responded kindly to our questions and requests.
the hotel has seen better days and is in the process of renovating its rooms. Our room was in the old section of the hotel and disappointing as it looked out into a courtyard with the hotels big trash bins and glass and such was emptied out there which was so noisy. We were able to swap rooms after speaking with Reception. We had a room looking out over the street and it was very loud throughout the night. There's also construction going on on the roof starting at 7am. It's a bit of a walk with luggage from the parking garage to the hotel.
